      簡(jiǎn)歷:

        馬榮華:男,1972年生,山東臨沂人。1999年于西安科技大學(xué)獲工程測量碩士學(xué)位,2002年于南京大學(xué)獲地圖學(xué)與地理信息系統專(zhuān)業(yè)博士學(xué)位;200812月任中國科學(xué)院南京地理與湖泊研究所研究員(四級),現任二級研究員,江蘇省“333高層次人才培養工程”中青年科學(xué)技術(shù)帶頭人入選者,江蘇省有突出貢獻的中青年專(zhuān)家。 

        開(kāi)展了“自然光—湖泊水體—衛星傳感器”的相互作用機理與應用基礎研究,研創(chuàng )了“遙感反射比高精度獲取—水華藍藻高精度反演與監測—藍藻時(shí)空連續信息重構”的成套技術(shù)和系統應用平臺,構建了湖泊水環(huán)境遙感的理論、技術(shù)與方法體系,創(chuàng )建了“湖泊水環(huán)境遙感”研究領(lǐng)域,提出了“湖泊水環(huán)境遙感”學(xué)科方向;發(fā)展了GIS空間關(guān)聯(lián)模式發(fā)現的理論、技術(shù)與方法體系,研發(fā)了湖泊—流域數據共享平臺,發(fā)現了社會(huì )經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與城市化等典型社會(huì )經(jīng)濟現象的部分空間關(guān)聯(lián)模式。 

        主持國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)1項、面上6項;主持863計劃項目課題1項。1作者出版學(xué)術(shù)著(zhù)作2部(《湖泊水環(huán)境遙感》、《GIS空間關(guān)聯(lián)模式發(fā)現》),第2作者出版1部,第3作者2部,參著(zhù)6部;出版專(zhuān)題圖集6部(主編和副主編各1部,參編4部);發(fā)表第一/通訊作者SCI論文90余篇,多次受邀在國際、國內重要學(xué)術(shù)會(huì )議中做主題報告和特邀報告;獲中科院優(yōu)秀導師獎、江蘇省科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(二等獎2次、三等獎1次)、中科院科技促進(jìn)發(fā)展獎等各類(lèi)獎勵十余次;獲優(yōu)秀地圖作品“裴秀獎”金獎1次、銀獎2次;擔任江蘇省遙感與地理信息系統學(xué)會(huì )副理事長(cháng)、地理學(xué)會(huì )常務(wù)理事;兼任《湖泊科學(xué)》、《地球信息科學(xué)學(xué)報》和《Sensors》等期刊編委。
